The BioStirling Energy Management System has been Installed

BioStirling

Alener completes the installation of the EMS, an Energy Management System to control the flows of energy of the Hybrid Stirling dish with solar tracking of the Biostirling-4SKA project.

This system has been designed and prepared by the German Fraunhofer Institute.

The prototype is located in the Portuguese region of Moura, in a protected forest area called Contenda, where the SKA project antennas will be installed for which the Biostirling-4SKA will supply 24 hours of electrical energy per day, 7 days a week.

The Biostirling consortium is formed by 13 European partners, with Alener being the technical director.
